I like my Mac Mini So far

Back in 2006 or was it 2007, I purchased an iBook. It was my first OSX experience but not my first Apple Product. I previously had an iPod.

After owning my iBook for about 6 months I pretty much gave up on it and sold it. I simply didn’t get it. I mean it was different and while cool I really couldn’t see why everyone was crazy about iBooks and about OSX. I guess the hype didn’t rub off on me.

However for the past year or so I have had this desire to purchase a Mac Mini. Why? Because I get a lot of things to test out that only work with Macs and I also get a lot of things that claim to be Mac compatible and honestly I was unable to verify the claim because I hadn’t a Mac to test them on.

So I got a Mac Mini, and I am HAPPY! I like it a lot. I mean I still don’t love OSX and I still don’t see what all the Hype is about but the Mac Mini is a great little system that’s very powerful.

I remember when I purchased the Mac Mini, the girl at Best Buy said wow that was 600 dollars? She was surprised that something so small cost so much. Her saying that also made me questions my purchase. I wondered if I overpaid. Who knows maybe I did maybe I didn’t but regardless I like my purchase.

I really can’t think of anything else to write about my Mac Mini other than I think it’s cool. But if I think of something else I will create another blog post and rave or rant about it in the future.

I think I may get the Magic Mouse and the wireless keyboard for her.
