On Windows XP and Vista Starter Edition a version of the OS mainly sold to developing countries, you could only run three programs at a time, but on Windows 7 Microsoft has removed that limit for the Starter Edition.
Microsoft confirmed the removal of the limit today in a blog posting on the Windows Team Blog.

Alright, I’ve gotten a lot of questions from people who aren’t familiar writing code on how to actually implement my active directory search web service I posted a long time ago. So here is a fully working sample. This is a self-contained ASP.NET 2.0 page that will search through the current domain it belongs too and return user’s FullName and Phone number as defined in there Active Directory profile. Only change that needs to be made is change:

Those who have read my Artisan reviews in the past know that I loved how perfect the quality of picture prints were. Well now Epson has added the Artisan 50 to their line of Artisan printers and guess what, it just does CD/DVD and photo printing. The compact Artisan 50 will allow photogs on the go to have a compact printer perfect for the office with little space, and give them the same quality prints they would get from their Artisan 700 or 800.
“This Artisan 50 is an extremely easy-to-use, yet powerful single-function printer with a unique set of features designed to ignite your creative inspirations,” said Steve Semos, product manager, consumer ink jets, Epson America Inc. “In today’s world of single-function printers, this product is arguably the best value out there.”
Today Epson announced they have added four new All-in-Ones to the Stylus line of printers. The new Stylus NX115, NX215, NX415 and NX515 are designed for everyday printing at an affordable price with all the features you’d want from a printer.
The NX515 is also networkable via ethernet or a Wi-Fi connection. All of the printers use Epsons DURABrite ink an ink that I personally feel is the best ink available on the market today. The Printers are allso Energy Star qualified and RoHS compliant.
“Each product in the Epson Stylus NX family gives you more for your money by delivering a better combination of features and print quality than competitive products at the same price point,” said Kristi Lanzit, product manager, consumer ink jets, Epson America Inc. “Products range from the entry-level Epson Stylus NX115 all-in-one to the extremely fast flagship Epson Stylus NX515, which is up to two times faster than any comparable printer in its price range1, with built-in Wi-Fi® and Ethernet.”
